Most orders are shipped within 24-72 hours using USPS Priority Mail; however, FedEx and UPS are also available for USA orders but higher rates may apply.  Standard (US Mail) shipping for most items starts at $4.95. Shipping charges are based upon actual package weight/dimensional weight. As noted in item descriptions, some items are oversize and are too expensive to ship via express/air.

Orders received by 2PM ET Monday through Friday typically ship the same business day. Orders received after 2PM ET on Friday or on weekends and Holidays are scheduled for shipment on the next business day (but will ship same business day if possible).

We are a stocking dealer and keep almost all items on hand in quantity. Occasionally some items may be back-ordered.

International Customers

We ship internationally using USPS Prioirty Mail, USPS Express Mail, and USPS Global Express Guaranteed.  Please note that prices are in US dollars and do not include customs, duty fees, taxes, VAT which are totally the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost items shipped to international locations. If you need to guarantee delivery choose USPS Global Express Guaranteed.

NOTE: WE WILL NOT SHIP TO INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS USING FEDEX, DHL OR UPS. YOUR ONLY OPTION FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS A USPS SERVICE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY INCLUDING SHIPPING ON CUSTOMERS ACCOUNTS.

TestParts - International Warranty Information

  The products we sell are warranted in the US. In order to receive warranty service, you will likely need to send the product back to the US. You will be responsible for shipping charges both ways.

TestParts - Return Policy

This policy does not apply to Alpha-Delta Products (see below)

We offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee on the items we sell.  Simply return items in their original, unopened, packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items that have been opened will be assessed a 20% re-stocking fee.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Example, if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.

You should expect to receive your refund within 14 to 21 days after giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Errors 

While we work hard to provide accurate pricing and information on our website, errors do occur. Therefore descriptive, typographical or photographical errors are subject to correction. 

Product Liability 

The maximum product liability to testparts.com arising from any product sold on the testparts.com sites shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall testparts.com, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents be liable for damages related to product sold. Any legal action against testparts.com shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Exporting 

PARTS, COMMODITIES, TECHNOLOGY, DATA, DOCUMENTS, OR SOFTWARE ARE CLASSIFIED AS ECCN#EAR99, UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE, AND SHALL BE EXPORTED FROM THE UNITED STATES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION REGULATIONS. DIVERSION CONTRARY TO U.S. LAW IS PROHIBITED.  When you purchase parts from TestParts you are agreeing to abide by all United States Export Laws.

Alpha-Delta Products - Return Policy

Products being returned for warranty or non-warranty service must reference a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be obtained from Alpha Delta prior to return, or the product(s) can not be accepted. A proper return shipping address will be given with the RA. The reason for return must be stated along with the RA number. In addition to the above requirements, standard products returned for credit will be accepted only within 30 days of original ship date as shown on the invoice (copy of invoice must be included), subject to a 20% restocking charge. This only applies to product(s) in like new condition, unused, and in original packaging. Product(s) showing use, abuse, modification or abnormal wear will not be accepted. Wire antennas cannot be accepted under any conditions since they cannot be resold as new. This policy applies only to products purchased directly from Alpha Delta. Products purchased from authorized Alpha Delta dealers/distributors/resellers will be subject to the their return policy. Their policies cannot be outside those stated above for Alpha Delta.

Alpha-Delta Products - Warranty Policy

Product(s) may be returned for warranty service within 6 months of the original ship date (as shown on the original invoice copy) to the customer if purchased direct from Alpha Delta, or the ship date from Alpha Delta to the authorized dealer/reseller if purchased through that source, only if the product has not been modified, opened or subjected to abnormal wear or abuse, and it has been determined that the problem is the result of a manufacturing error or defect. Wire antennas may not be returned under any conditions. Non warranty service will be quoted on a time and material basis. Product(s), warranty or non warranty, may ONLY be returned and accepted by following the ALPHA DELTA RETURN POLICY procedures outlined above. A Return Authorization number must be obtained, and the customer must prepay shipping charges to Alpha Delta. Alpha Delta will prepay shipping charges back to the customer.

Alpha-Delta Products - No Consequential or Other Damages

Alpha Delta Communications, Inc. has no liability for general, consequential, incidental or special damages. These include, but not limited to, the cost of the installation or removal of any Products, the installation of replacement Products, and any inspection, testing, or redesign caused by any defect or by the repair or replacement of Products arising from a defect in any Product.

In the United States, some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
